I made coconut butter at home. It is very simple to make. Just make some coconut milk. keep this milk in refrigerator for 3 days. The coconut butter separates on the top. This is how I made this butter. Now this can be stored in refrigerator and can be used as spread.
i make it with tender coconut malai.. just crush it in the mixie with a spoon of water if needed, and butter ready! No fibres removed.. all healthy :)
